Teaching Environment
We provide our teachers with a comfortable, competitive salary. Teacher salaries are calculated on a grid, based on qualifications and experience.
We provide early signing bonuses for teachers who sign their contracts early, as well as re-signing bonuses for teachers who renew their contracts.
We will reimburse you for your flight to Taiwan or Shanghai, as well as your flight home at the end of the school year. Teachers who renew their contracts will receive reimbursement for a round-trip flight each year.
While moving abroad can help you save in the long-run, there can also be some surprise costs that accumulate before your first paycheque. For example, when moving into an apartment, it is usual for landlords to require two months deposit plus the first month's rent upfront. We provide a resettlement allowance on arrival to help cover such initial moving expenses.
