  • Arranged a visit to Taiwan’s Ministry of Education for representatives of the York Region District School Board (YRDSB) and the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB)
  • Organized a week-long International Professional Development Program for representatives from the Taipei City Department of Education, and principals from Taipei City high schools with the YRDSB in Toronto, Canada


  • Established the Global Excellence Education Program to assist students throughout their K-12 education in preparation for applying and attending Ivy League schools
  • Participated in an industrial-academic cooperative research project with the Hwa Hsia University of Technology


  • Established branch offices in Kaohsiung, Beijing, and Shanghai.
  • Officially became the exclusive office of recruitment representing Beijing’s Tsinghua University in Taiwan.


  • Established the International Exchange Student Association
  • Participated in an industrial-academic cooperative research project with Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages to promote international culture exchange
  • Co-hosted the third International Professional Development Program for Taiwanese public and private elementary/secondary school principals in cooperation with the Singapore Education Services


  • Became the first listed active international member of the U.S. Department of State’s Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET) in Taiwan


  • Hosted a “Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumpling Making” event for more than 300 exchange students
  • Organized an International Professional Development Program with Toronto District School Board and YRDSB for Taipei City Department of Education officials, principles, teachers, and students in Toronto.


  • Established the Foresight Travel Agency


  • Co-hosted a summer pro bono Youth Education Camp featuring a health & wellness clinic for indigenous children in Taitung in connection with the Rotary Club, Taitung County Department of Education, and Taiwan’s Environmental Protection Administration


  • Approved by non-profit organizations (recognized by the U.S. Department of State), to directly receive applications and examine the qualifications of Taiwanese Academic Year Program exchange students
  • First agency to hold a pre-departure culture camp to prepare exchange students for studying and living abroad
  • Established the Foresight Language Center providing a variety of language enrichment courses
  • Became the official representative of the TDSB to help Taiwanese students apply for study in TDSB elementary/secondary schools


  • Became the only private institute listed by the Taipei City Department of Education as a qualified short-term study-abroad agency
  • Hosted all-English summer and winter camps


  • Introduced TESOL qualified teachers to local schools in Taiwan


  • Founded Foresight International Education Center in Taipei, specializing in study abroad programs for public and private Taiwanese institutes
  • Partnered with numerous secondary schools, universities, and institutes around the globe
